We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Our Clients deliver world-class workflow-based Robotic Process Automation software.

Region: Krakow, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English-C1/C2
  • Proficient in Google docs and MS Office
  • Relevant professional work experience (sales prospecting) would be an asset
  • Base knowledge of what is B2B lead generation process
  • Base knowledge of prospecting tools and tactics (Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation tools, Prospect searching tools, Hubspot)
  • Ability to identifying client's needs in early stage of sales process


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Acquiring new leads mainly through outbound activities
  • Prospecting the best possible leads
  • Conducting on-line (via e-mails and chat) conversations with Polish and English-speaking clients
  • Support in implementing communication and sales projects
  • Providing market analysis in terms of needs and possibilities, market monitoring and competition activities
  • Providing assistance in building relationships with customers
  • Improving of current sales processes
  • Support in other administrative activities
