What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business IT, IT, or a related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in SAP license management and measurement
  • Very good knowledge of SAP license types (on-premises, cloud, RISE)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP license transactions (LAW2, USMM, etc.)
  • Experience in SAP authorization including role development and user management
  • High level understanding of SAP authorization concept for ERP, BW, SRM and CRM systems
  • Good understanding of SAP Fiori authorization concept
  • Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
  • PC usage literacy (MS office)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written)
  • Planning and organizational talent

  • Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics 

Responsibilities:

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP license processes. You will ensure the stability and performance of SAP license management and measurement.
In addition, you will be responsible for the daily support of SAP authorization processes, such as role development and user management.
In this position, you will work in a dynamic IT environment, collaborating with various IT teams and business stakeholders. You will be involved in managing, optimizing, and developing SAP authorizations and licenses to meet business requirements efficiently.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate license management and measurement for SAP systems (S/4, SAC, BTP, BWZ etc.)
  • Standardization and automation of processes related to SAP license management/measurement for the entire Group
  • Single point of contact for SAP license topics (costs, amount and type of licenses)
  • Designing authorization concept for different SAP systems (ERP, BW, SRM, CRM)
  • Analysis of business requirements and translate it to SAP authorization concept
  • Managing SAP authorizations as Second Level Support team member
  • Supporting projects and new system implementations, ensuring that solutions provided by the project team are in line with SAP authorization and security guidelines
  • Day-to-day support to security/authorization activities, including resolving requests and escalations
