Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
  • German min. B2
  • English min. B2
  • Professional experience in recruitment area or applicant tracking system (at least 2 years)
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment
  • Project Management Skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset


Responsibilities:

As the HR Recruitment System Administrator you will work closely with key stakeholders within HR area. You will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of Lufthansa Group recruiting systems. You will provide support for regular and ad-hoc changes and reporting. You will assist with administration and process improvements. To achieve this goal, we will provide you a comprehensive training, delivered by our experienced Experts

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Lufthansa recruiting system (eJob)
  • Partner closely with recruiters, HR Consultants, Hiring managers to ensure smooth operations of the recruiting systems and the resolution of issues in a timely manner
  • Cooperate with Process Architects in regards to currently designed processes and possible improvements in the system
  • Provide trainings to Recruiters and HR Consultants
  • Provide presentations and held advisory role for clients
  • Creates and deliver communication to the system users
  • System authorization for different roles (Recruiter, HR-manager etc.)
  • Technical support 1 st and 2nd level
  • Create and adjust candidate questionnaires
  • Set up of new companies and new projects in the system
  • Email template creation/adjustment/deletion
  • Tests of adjustments/improvements after deployment
  • Cooperate in creation/adjustment of job cells
