HR Operations Specialist (EMEA) Ref. No: 8547

For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of:

Region: Krakow, małopolskie


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law; familiarity with other EMEA legislation is an asset
  • Fluency in Polish and English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS or time management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a “can-do” attitude


Your Tasks:

  • Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processes – preparation, review, and approval in close collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs – handle registrations, updates, invoices, and annual renewals across assigned EMEA countries
  • Oversee and process employee absences (vacations, sickness, maternity/paternity leaves, etc.) in the absence management system (myProtime)
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal HR policies, especially regarding Polish social security and labor law
  • Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on payroll, benefits, and absence topics
  • Participate in HR operations improvement projects, such as payroll provider transitions, new country setups, or benefits program launches
