What we are looking for:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies, preferably in economic disciplines
• Min. 1 year of experience in the area of accounting (preferably in GL)
• Good English skills (min. B2)
• Good command of all Windows applications
• Any experience with ERP and accounting systems will be a strong plus
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Numeric skills
• Good interpersonal and communicational skills
• Team player
• Quality orientation

In your new job you will:

• Post invoices within the Group Companies in compliance with the policies and procedures.
• Handle of approval process for incoming documents
• Be responsible for ARAP accounts reconciliation
• Settlement of receivables and payables between Group Companies
• Post and dissolve Monthly/Yearly accruals 
• Be responsible for reconciliation of Balance Sheet and P&L items between the Group Companies (WIP Clearing & Reconciliation)
• Cooperate with Consolidation Departments
• Reconciliate/clarificate open items
• Cooperate with vendors 
• Be responsible for Monthly & Yearly closing tasks
• Update documentation 
• Prepare financial statement
• Prepare data for polish VAT declaration
