Requirements:

• Min 7 + years of experience in the SSC/BPO environment
• Min 5 years’ experience in reporting/data analytics
• Proven project experience (project management or active part of the project)
• Experience in leadership functions reporting to senior management/senior stakeholder management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access
• Fluent English
• Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
• Strong time management and organizational/coordination skills
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment
• Proactive, improvement driver

Responsibilities:

The position holder will play a vital role in supporting decision-making processes, strategic initiatives, and project management through the collection, analysis, and presentation of data and infomation.

• Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing pertinent information and data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives
• Generating reports regularly and on an as-needed basis, providing valuable data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Creating compelling presentations and briefings in advance of important decisions and meetings
• Coordinating input from various stakeholders, ensuring timely access to the required information
• Participating in strategic projects, working closely with Board Members to monitor the progress of key initiatives- providing regular updates and reports to track performance
• Identifying potential risks and opportunities, assessing the potential impact of different scenarios and proposing risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborating with other departments or teams in an international and matrix organization
• Implementing data validation processes and maintaining data standards to uphold quality assurance
• Managing of the team of assistants – task delegation, establishing a backup structure, fostering employee development, ensuring quality assurance
