What we are looking for:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in data analysis using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Nested Functions)
  • Basic experience with Python or/and Java will be an asset
  • Experience in data validation, cleansing, and large-scale data handling
  • Understanding data mapping rules, field-level transformations, picklists
  • Very good German skills (min. B2/C1)
  • Good English skills
  • Ability to identify structural data issues quickly and accurately
  • Structured, independent, quality-oriented working style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Team player with intercultural communication competence

 As a Data Migration Junior Analyst, you’ll ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and validation of business data, guiding stakeholders and safeguarding quality for a smooth, compliant go-live.

Tasks:

  • Quality Checks and Data Validation with Business stakeholders
  • Perform detailed data checks using advanced Excel functions and Power Query, macros
  • Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields, and mapping conflicts
  • Execute business rules, mapping rules, pay structure checks, and picklist alignment
  • Prepare and communicate validation reports to business stakeholders
  • Organize and lead business validation calls to review data discrepancies
  • Explain data issues and transformation logic clearly to business users 
  • Coordinate data sign-off activities for each migration cycle
