For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of Corporate Paralegal.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Responsibilities and specific accountabilities:

The Corporate Paralegal supports the Law Department in the preparation of key legal documents, development and management of contracts/documents and associated processes and systems, coordination of corporate housekeeping, and general assistance in the administrative management of the Law Department.  In addition, the Corporate Paralegal will assist with key reporting and governance initiatives and requirements.

Required activities may include:

  • Perform legal and factual research
  • Perform records research
  • Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes and other pertinent material
  • Organize and analyze information
  • Cross-check and validate information
  • Prepare reports
  • Draft legal documents including agreements and forms
  • Prepare correspondence, written communications, and presentations
  • Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
  • Build and maintain databases and files
  • Organize and track case files
  • Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations
  • Corporate housekeeping and assistance in subsidiary governance
  • Implement and maintain contract/document management systems and processes
  • Assist in the drafting of policies and procedures
  • Fielding phone calls and email correspondence
  • Typing and editing documents
  • Collating and preparing legal documents
  • Calendar and meeting management - keeping track of important tasks and deadlines
  • Taking notes and preparing memoranda
  • Managing and maintaining databases and filing systems
  • Occasionally booking and arranging travel, transportation and accommodations
  • Preparation of expense reporting


Key knowledge, education and experience requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ legal/paralegal experience in law firm or in-house corporate legal department
  • Degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
  • Experience in project/team management
  • Experience in an international business environment
  • Experience with contract management or similar computer systems and databases
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Russian is a plus/preferred
  • familiarity with all Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, etc) applications
  • Experience and expertise in database software programs
  • Understanding of governance and reporting mechanisms and obligations
  • Understanding of litigation and corporate transactional processes
  • Good working knowledge of standard office technology and equipment and office procedures
