Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in process automation in BPO/SSC sector
• At least two years of experience in process delivery (General Ledger, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
• At least intermediate level of VBA & MS Excel
• Good command of English (at least B2)
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in modelling databases – nice to have
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites – nice to have
• Experience in any RPA technology – nice to have
• Experience in PowerBI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Creating new and redesigning existing applications using VBA, Access/Azure databases, SharePoint and SAP Scripting
• Integrate and test VBA tools with other technologies like RPA UiPath, OCR and PowerBI
• Providing regular support on the implemented automation tools to end users
• Acting as admin of RPA infrastructure, supporting RPA Controller in the management of BOTs environment incl. schedule of BOTs, provisioning RPA licences, deployment of virtual machines, troubleshooting etc.
• Constantly challenging the status quo and looking for new solutions to expand the knowledge and improvement possibilities
