Our Client, a global leader in innovative and sustainable mobility solutions, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Simulation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling and analyzing electric driveline systems using advanced tools such as MASTA, ROMAX, and FEA. Your analyses will play a crucial role in optimizing designs to meet customer and program requirements.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working with automotive driveline components
  • Proficiency in designing components such as bearings, gears, and shafts
  • Strong understanding of vibration damping and NVH
  • Expertise in analysis tools such as MASTA/ROMAX and ANSYS
  • Expertise in mechanical finite element analysis (FEA) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • 10 years of relevant engineering work experience
  • Experience with multi-physics simulations
  • Familiarity with EV and/or ICE driveline systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop driveline system models using MASTA to support ongoing production programs and new projects
  • Conduct system-level design analyses to assess bearing damage, gear safety factors, and system stiffness, providing design improvement recommendations
  • Perform dynamic analyses to predict vibration levels and propose solutions to mitigate NVH issues
  • Conduct structural and dynamic subsystem/system-level FEA
  • Perform Transmission Error analysis and structural optimization using various methodologies
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing analysis results and ensure the accuracy of project documentation
