HR Process Architect with German

What we are looking for:

• University diploma
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in HR Services (preferably Employee Lifecycle Services)
• Professional experience in Process Management (process improvement, standardization, optimization, automatization, gaining efficiency) and/or Project Management
• Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement 
• Knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent
• Very good command of German and English
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work, ability to adopt to changing goals and situations
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and cooperation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to represent complex issues to various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel (mainly Germany)

In your new job you will:

• Defines and develops group-wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end HR Lifecycle processes, incl. IT system infrastructure and operating models, compliance risk assessment, documentation and KPIs
• Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization for the area of responsibility (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
• Initiating and leading of (HR) cross-functional projects
• Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
• Maintains regular communication with key stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.  Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects
• Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements (mainly Germany)
