What we are looking for:

• University diploma
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in HR Services (preferably Employee Lifecycle Services)
• Professional experience in Process Management (process improvement, standardization, optimization, automatization, gaining efficiency) and/or Project Management
• Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement 
• Knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent
• Very good command of German and English
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work, ability to adopt to changing goals and situations
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and cooperation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to represent complex issues to various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel (mainly Germany)

In your new job you will:

We are looking for an HR Process Architect to take ownership of end-to-end HR Services processes across the Employee Lifecycle within the Lufthansa Group. This role combines strategic process design, hands-on project leadership, and close collaboration with international stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping global HR standards used by thousands of employees, driving transformation initiatives, and designing scalable, future-ready HR solutions.

• Design and own German and global HR processes: You will act as the process architect for core Employee Lifecycle processes, primarily for Germany but also in a global context, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across the Lufthansa Group.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives: From identifying pain points, creating transparent as-is / to-be models, to designing future-state solutions and overseeing implementation.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution: You balance big-picture process architecture with concrete improvements. You see ideas turn into measurable results.
• Bridge business and IT: You translate process and business requirements into IT specifications and work closely with IT teams on business concepts, system enhancements, and digital HR solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Analyze and optimize processes end-to-end: You assess processes across time, cost, and quality dimensions, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven process roadmaps.
• Collaborate in a complex international environment: You work with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions.
