For our client, a leading global retail company, we are hiring IT Specialists for their Krakow Center.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Around five years of proven digital development and project delivery experience as a Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master Certification in either of CSM, PSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, SSM, or SASM
  • Strong understanding of various agile frameworks – Lean, Kanban, Scrum
  • Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is preferred
  • Ability to set clear and unambiguous performance expectations for team members
  • Excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, having difficult conversations, and providing feedback
  • Strong facilitation skills – agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Inceptions/Discovery sessions)
  • Experience in the development, planning, and delivery of a portfolio of work for a team
  • Experience with supporting a team to communicate technical and quality priorities to the Product Manager

Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master role is a key role in the development and execution of Scrum. Alongside the Product Manager and development team, the Scrum Master enables the delivery of complex digital solutions and products for our customers.

  • Facilitating the adoption of Agile tools and practices
  • Agile processes and improvement within the team
  • Removal of impediments and coaching the team to resolve them
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the team, by helping the team to make their work transparent, and managing change as issues arise
  • Maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximise flow
  • Lead a continuous improvement culture, and reduction of waste
  • Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics such as burnup & burndown charts, Sprint reports, Control Charts, etc.
  • Managing operational and project risks
  • Continuous learning and professional development on Scrum Master capability
  • Actively participating and contributing to agile practices
