Electrical Hardware Architect – Customer Solutions

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive electronics or e-mobility (hardware)
Fluency in English
Solid foundation in embedded hardware systems
Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of AIAG/VDA FMEA and ISO 26262 is an advantage
Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Own and coordinate the definition of hardware requirements in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
Translate system-level needs into hardware architecture, interfaces, specifications, and cross-functional engineering deliverables
Coordinate requirements and technical activities across Electronics, Mechanical, Validation, and Manufacturing teams
Manage product definition documentation and engineering changes throughout the development lifecycle
Specify requirements for embedded test functionality and establish appropriate verification methods
Plan and execute hardware verification activities, including functional testing, test setups, and bench validation
Support environmental and EMC qualification activities by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support
Drive hardware solution validation and contribute to customer verification and validation programs
Support manufacturing teams with the implementation of product and process changes
Contribute to root cause investigations, problem resolution, and continuous product improvement
