For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of:
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Independently manage the implementation of the HR strategy across core functional areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Reward & Recognition
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal controls, and data protection standards
Manage and improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Support HR reporting and contribute to the management of the HR budget where applicable.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters. Advise on and support the development and implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards.
Promote a positive organisational culture aligned with company values. Support initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to support employee retention strategies and facilitate the development of key talent aligned with business goals.
Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of workforce management, helping to build leadership capability.
