Your Profile:

  • University degree in HR, psychology or related area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of HR 
  • High level of knowledge of Polish regulations around Polish labor law, payroll and social security
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with HRIS
  • High level of knowledge of English written & spoken
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Independently manage the implementation of the HR strategy across core functional areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Reward & Recognition

  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal controls, and data protection standards

  • Manage and improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Support HR reporting and contribute to the management of the HR budget where applicable.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

  •  Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters. Advise on and support the development and implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards.

  • Promote a positive organisational culture aligned with company values. Support initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.

  •  Collaborate with management to support employee retention strategies and facilitate the development of key talent aligned with business goals.

  • Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of workforce management, helping to build leadership capability.

  •  Ensure HR practices are compliant with local employment laws, professional standards, and internal policies
