Requirements:

  • Very good German skills
  • Good English skills
  • Professional experience in content management or editorial/translation work would be an asset
  • MS Office package proficiency
  • Knowledge of HR systems would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Developing HR document templates in line with corporate and legal standards
  • Developing content, IT structures and the logic behind it
  • Processing incoming change requests for documents
  • Managing and administrating content of existing documents in response to new corporate policies, laws and regulations
  • Facilitating communication between different parties
  • Suggesting and developing IT tools, workflow and process improvements
  • Initiating research for different parties (Process Managers, operational teams, lawyers, managers) and acting as a consultant for the document creation process
  • Developing correspondence between different existing IT tools and systems
  • Developing and updating internal procedures and process descriptions
