Experience in Procurement Processes
Knowledge of process management, process improvements, standardization and harmonization
Experience in project management support or coordination
Experienced in change management, target group related communication and didactics
Very good command of English

Working in our team, you are an integral part of LGBS Procurement Tower in KRK & Procurement Cluster General Goods and Services and partly also on behalf on the Lufthansa Group procurement (Krakow, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Vienna and Zurich).
As a Procurement Process Manager GGS you will optimize end to end processes and tools for the buyers and requesters mainly in the processes of “source to contract” and “requisition to procure”. By this, the main goal is to create lean, standardized and compliant processes with a high degree of automation and a high level of user acceptance. Therefore you represent the needs of the cluster and reconcile them with the needs of the Lufthansa Group.
You will create the communication of change and improve the knowledge of governance, processes and tools for buyers and end-users and You will coordinate the communication of the cluster towards stakeholders or cluster internal.

coordinate the activities regularly with stakeholders
clarify and document interfaces, business cases, rules and responsibilities of the current and future set-up
manage projects such as rollout, further development or project for content expansion
become subject matter expert for procurement processes and their setup in the IT tools
create needs-oriented communication that is geared on the target groups
create well-structured documentation of processes, solutions and handbooks to ensure the knowledge in the organization
