What we are looking for:

• Professional experience in Recruitment in SSC/BPO environment
• Very good command of German & English
• Knowledge of Process Management (process improvement, standardization, optimization, automatization, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
• HR systems experience
• Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and co-operation skills
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Customer orientation and intercultural competence
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Ability and willingness to adapt one’s own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations
• Ability to represent the company externally and internally

In your new job you will:

• Define global end-to-end processes, tools, infrastructure (incl. IT systems), service provider strategies and operating models
• Define and implement roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
• Define roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
• Define and monitor global end-to-end process performance indicators and its improvement plans
• Manage IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conduct analysis and develop business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
• Ensure documentation of group wide processes
• Secure compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements
• Manage process risks and develop risk minimizing measures
• Secure the successful communication and cooperation of all stakeholders
• Be involved in budget planning and other commercial aspects
