What we are looking for:

  • Academic degree (preferably IT or Business Administration)
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT product management or application management
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of HR IT systems, with demonstrated experience in SAP technologies
  • Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass is a plus
  • Understanding of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding)
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management and provider management
  • Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High ownership and accountability for systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset


What you will do:

We are currently looking for an experienced HR IT Product Manager to take ownership of SAP Fieldglass applications supporting contingent workforce processes, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding for German entities.

As an HR IT Product Manager for SAP Fieldglass, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the application supporting external workforce management (contractors, agencies, temporary staff).

You will ensure that systems and processes support both hiring managers and external workers throughout the full lifecycle from requisition and engagement to offboarding.

You will act as the key technical interface between business, IT teams, and external providers, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business needs.

Tasks:

  • Own and manage SAP Fieldglass application technical-wise and related purchase- & HR IT-solutions
  • Ensure smooth operation of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) for German entities focus interfaces
  • Act as the primary technical contact for German business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Operations)
  • Coordinate implementation of new functionalities and process improvements technical-wise
  • Monitor system performance, interfaces, and automated processes
  • Manage external IT service providers and ensure SLA compliance
  • Handle incidents, escalations, and 3rd level support activities
  • Coordinate system releases, testing, and documentation
  • Drive automation and digitalization within contingent workforce processes
  • Manage in the system end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle including cooperation with external agencies and suppliers
  • Ensure proper system support for hiring managers, agencies and external workers within SAP Fieldglass
