Requirements:

• Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle, including development, training, and deployment.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools such as CI/CD pipelines, model registries, and monitoring systems.
• Advanced Python skills and proficiency with major machine learning frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud environments and container technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Join a team working on international aviation projects.
• Build and maintain machine learning systems, including training and inference pipelines.
• Implement workflow orchestration to automate machine learning processes.
• Design, set up, and maintain a model registry, version control, and experiment tracking, as well as a robust and scalable deployment strategy.
• Implement automated monitoring covering data and concept drift detection, model performance, business metrics, system health, and alerting mechanisms.
• Contribute directly to how machine learning solutions are designed, deployed, and operated in production environments.
