Finance Transformation Head Ref. No: 8440

For our Client, we are looking for a Candidate interested in the role of Finance Transformation Head.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Min. 15 years of professional experience in finance transformation in GBS/SSC/BPO environment
Strong and comprehensive knowledge of finance processes (specializing in P2P or O2C or R2R)
Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance transformation projects, managing scope, team, timeline and budget
Ability to design, sell, and deliver transformation projects across different industries
Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and strong negotiation skills
High consulting skills
Ability to build a business case for process improvements and technology implementations
Experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Hands-on experience in working with and implementing ERP systems (S4H OR SAP ECC OR Oracle)
Experience in process mapping and knowledge of process mapping tools
Project Management certification will be an asset
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong passion for finance transformation and process improvement
Willingness to travel

Manage and drive the finance and technology transformation projects (e.g. process or operation model design, change management, automation/RPA implementation, IT solutions implementation and similar)
Support Project Managers in successful project delivery
Use your finance and technology expertise to support the sales process of transformation projects
Guide Clients in improving their processes
Work closely with Senior Client Stakeholders to complete project deliverables and drive transformation
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and improvements
Gain expertise in leading industry methodologies
