Proficiency in written and spoken German (min. B2/C1)
Fluency in English(min. B2)
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
Answering all customer enquiries professionally
Making sure accurate fares and times are quoted that best meet customer needs
Maintaining company's customer service standards at all times and present a professional and favorable image of company
Maximizing direct sales on an individual and team basis
