Customer Service Manager Ref. No: 8248

Our Client is a fast-growing company from medical sector, which support an international companies  mostly from USA and Ireland. Due to intensive development we are looking for an independent Manager who will be responsible for building new contact centre in Cracow.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


  • Excellent fluency in Business English (C1 level)
  • At least 5 years of strong operational management experience ideally in BPO sector
  • Experience of managing start-up project would be an asset
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with business clients (mostly US, Irish)
  • Team- and project management experience
  • Task- and problem solving-orientation
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Resilience to stress and ability to work in an agile, fast-moving, innovative environment
  • Proactive approach, personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission
  • Regular travel to Ireland will be required (3-6 weeks of induction and company specific training in company’ HQ in Ireland)


  • Building Customer Service Team in Cracow (recruitment, induction training)
  • Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team on site
  • Measuring effectiveness of all processes both internal and outward client-facing process
  • Participating in further rapid growth of the organisation
  • Implementing the strategic direction for the operational functions
  • Building strong business relationship and daily collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Cooperating with the wider management team, proactively developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodating the rapid growth objectives of our organisation
