Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT or related field
  • Experience in procurement process excellence – e.g. process transformation, digital procurement or procurement systems support/implementation
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major procurement/eSourcing/CLM platform
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience working with procurement, legal and IT stakeholders to deliver digital solutions
  • Process design, business analysis and project management skills
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset — builds dashboards and translates insights into action
  • Stakeholder management — influences cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Communication and training — can explain technical topics in business terms and design adoption programs

Responsibilities:

The Procurement Excellence Team supports and guides the Category Teams and the rest of Global Procurement to achieve high level performance in sourcing and supplier management. It involves aligning people, processes, data, and technology to drive value beyond just cost savings.

  • Own procurement analytics and reporting, including KPI tracking, dashboard development, and executive reporting 
  • Drive eProcurement and eSourcing excellence, including catalogue reviews, Guided Buying advise, RfX process guidance, eAuction support, and digital contracting compliance
  • Improve data quality and system effectiveness across procurement platforms, master data, and connected ERP/BI tools; manage and optimize procurement tools and platforms
  • Enable process optimization and savings delivery by identifying inefficiencies and gaps, create process maps and improving adoption, and supporting sourcing strategies
  • Act as the analytics and eSourcing partner for stakeholders, translate business needs into data-driven solutions and practical system/process improvements
  • Strengthen change adoption through workshops, training, and structured continuous improvement
  • Roll-out AI  initiatives across Global Procurement, with a pro-active and innovative approach, ensuring the organization uses the process and the resources effectively and with maximum results
