Experience in delivering fast pace transition programmes within Shared Services organisations
Complex projects management and governance processes management
Experience in numerous transitions of various processes (preferred: Finance, Procurement, HR)
Ability to collaborate with, communicate and manage stakeholders at various levels of the company
You are comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented and able to balance varied priorities
As a Transition Lead you will have one of the most crucial roles in setting up new business centre in Cracow - you will be fully responsible for transitioning various processes from all over the world.
Participate in planning of new scope transitioning to the centre
Support the Head of the Centre in setting a strategic roadmap for future scope expansion
Establish methodology and toolkit to deliver transition of processes to a centre
Strive for continuous improvement of transition methods
Drive transition governance process, run tollgate meetings and assessment of the centre to take accountability for the agreed scope of work
Ensure that scope of work is agreed, documented in Service catalogue and transitioned in full
Prepare and deliver transition plan for each wave to deliver transition of processes, technology and ways of working
Run business readiness assessment activities
Collaborate with leadership of the sending and receiving organisation to deliver successful transition
Ensure readiness of centre to receive new scope (recruitment completed, office space available, technology solutions in place, etc.)
Possibility to take part in creating new GBS centre and to shape its future
