Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
A strong combination of technical expertise, product knowledge, and sales skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
Good understanding of the local market, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to grow the business while continuously developing professionally and personally
Willingness to travel is required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and product expertise to customers throughout the sales process
Identify customer needs and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Support business development activities and contribute to expanding our market presence
