Requirements:

Would you like to develop your career path within LGBS KRK structures? Are you a leader who want to familiarize with new professional environment? Or maybe do you work as a Senior and you are very interested in people management?

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience acting as Senior in Accounting (PTP/OTC/RTR)
  • SAP Experience is a must
  • Team management/Team Leader’s backup experience will be an asset
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to be able to meet the closing deadlines
  • Customer Orientation


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for Intercompany services
  • Manages overall operational performance - high quality & compliance, talent attraction & retention, business partner satisfaction, key performance indicators
  • Leads, motivates and develops the subordinated as well as ensures efficient organizational structure and process organization in the area of delegation
  • Escalation instance for Intercompany related topics
  • Strong cooperation with the customer and other supporting LGBS Team (Reporting, Automation, Operational Excellence etc.)
  • Ensures continuous improvement of process design and service quality
  • Takes part in various projects
  • Monitors of Team Performance
