Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA or equivalent qualification will be an asset
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance/ controlling/ reporting
• Professional experience in preparing or auditing local statutory accounts and financial statements
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, specifically Excel
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Drive for results
• Attention to details and quality
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external

Responsibilities:

• Prepares local statutory accounts and financial statements in line with local GAAP, can be assigned more complex legal entities
• Performs corporate tax accounting and monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly tax reporting activities, including deferred tax calculation, statistical reporting and corporate income tax
• Completes period end close activities related to statutory and tax accounting and other financial accounting activities, including CIL internal accounting reporting
• Sends intercompany dividend declarations requests for dividend postings
• Reviews accounts reconciliations, including balance sheet pack preparation and reconciliation between IFRS and local statutory accounts
• Ensures compliance with Operating Companies regulatory and tax requirements by following guidance provided by the Operating Companies
• Supports internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested
• Executes assigned process controls and proactively report any instances of noncompliance
