Who you are ...
You have 5+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role, as a technical recruiter
You are a recruiting business partner and excellent communicator
You are customer service oriented, and known for providing the best recruiting experience to both hiring managers and your candidates
You have experience managing and advising internal stakeholders
You have impeccable attention to detail
You are agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
You have an ability to think outside the box (i.e. someone who can develop and use creative strategies to source and attract candidates)
You are committed to recruiting diverse and inclusive teams.
What you'll do...
Manage all aspects of a full cycle recruiting process including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for technology roles
Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to source and attract talent as well as help position Client's as an employer of choice
Build relationships with stakeholders, serving as their consultant in regards to recruitment, and keeping them constantly informed on hiring progress
Continually strategize on how to source high quality talent
Continuously improve and iterate on the candidate process as we strive to offer a best-in-class candidate experience
Keep abreast of best practices in recruiting, developing new strategies and researching recruiting events to attend as needed in order to fill a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities
Assist with other recruiting activities, projects and tasks as assigned
