Our Client is an international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company operating in the renewable energy sector. They specialize in large-scale energy storage systems and solar projects. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Management Quality Assurance &Quality Control to join their team.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA/QC management in the construction industry
  • Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proven expertise in Inspection and Test Plans and large-scale construction projects
  • Knowledge of utility-scale solar power plants or BESS projects (preferred)
  • Exceptional record-keeping, data management, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and understanding of quality within the design process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Oversee Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) production, approvals, and document completion
  • Manage quality control for all construction works, including concrete, civil, and electrical
  • Ensure timely client approvals and alignment with project schedules
  • Lead quality assurance for materials, subcontractors, and testing
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and engineers to achieve "quality by design"
  • Proactively address non-conformance issues to maintain high-quality standards
