Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Data Governance or MDM role and implementing Data Quality frameworks
• Proven record of working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, D365)
• Hands on experience of PowerBI, Excel and BI/data analysis platforms
• Fast learner, detail oriented and problem solver with assertive mindset
• Result oriented with data analytical, good communication/ presentation skills
• Strong expertise in project management practices and understanding data flow between systems.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture, Meta Data Lineage & MDM platforms/ functionality
• Languages: Fluent English (written & Oral)

Responsibilities & tasks:

• Play a key technical and functional role in implementing an organization wide Data Governance/Quality framework
• Analyse data across multiple sources, provide findings and recommendations to the management in improving Master Data Quality across the organization
• Lead and represent MDM Domain in Global & Regional Business Projects
• Collaborate with business units, operations, and IT to ensure proper application of data governance policies, practices, and standards
• Take the lead role in data integration initiatives across multiple downstream and upstream platforms
• Develop Reports/KPIs and provides key insights on the critical master data domains
• Assist in build and maintenance of strong interfaces between MDM, ERPs, and other downstream applications (PDH to EBS/SAP, GIS)
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOP’s, and training programs to support understanding and training of data standards, data management and control processes
• Play a key role driving automation for streamlining the Master Data maintenance processes
• Identify areas of data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
• Assist the Senior Management in resolving issues; Maintain healthy and effective relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the Global Master Data Governance Department
• Identify and timely escalate process gaps, system inefficiencies and inconsistencies of Master data
• Any other ad-hoc requirements at the request of the Master Data Governance Leadership or senior management
