RTR Specialist Ref. No: 8255

For our client’s Global Business Service Center in Krakow, we are looking for candidates who are willing to develop their professional career in the area of finance & accounting.

Job purpose:

Focus on overseeing broad RTR accounting and operational reporting. In addition, the person will be responsible for capturing and documenting the transition processes for the growing RTR Tower.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • Communicative German (min.B1) will be a plus
  • Min 2 years of experience in accounting (including RtR area)
  • Previously worked in similar capacity within an international organisation
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the monthly closing process and act as a point of contact with Finance/market stakeholders
  • Initiate new intercompany recharges/true ups
  • Prepare ad hoc journals (provisions, accruals etc.)
  • Oversee asset sales, reconciliations and eliminations for intercompany accounting
  • Support the Fixed Asset Accounting period end close process
  • Work collaboratively across delivery towers to ensure effective and efficient period closing
  • Check and review output from analyst
  • Update process-related policy and process documents
  • Capture & document knowledge during the transition phase
  • Accountable for decisions relating to the successful execution of the RTR processes in line with SLAs and KPIs
