For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in a technical field
• Preferably PMP-certified/ Other project management certifications and trainings can be considered
• 2/3 years work experience as a project manager overseeing major projects in a multinational organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to support the delivery of the projects the within planned deadlines
• Strong Excel & Smartsheet skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (written & verbal)
• Ability to communicate across all levels internally/externally and across geographies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Team player and business relationships builder
• PMP / other Project Management certification
• Familiarity with MDM process and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Axapta) strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor and manage new and on-going Mechanical Protection projects from initiation through completion. Types of projects include, but not limited to:

• ERP and other Ansell systems-related projects (Guardian, Smartsheet Product Positioning Dashboards & SFDC)
• Catalogues and Price List related projects coordination
• Support Stage Gate project management for GPPM team New Product Development
• Focus area projects’ support (Share Gain plans, product introductions)
• Responsible for Cross-portfolio strategic initiatives, such as Portfolio Optimization & Product Lifecyle
• Voice of Customer (VOC) project management when required by Global PPMs, for Key products development efforts
• Support & Project manage Cross functional Packaging projects Artwork updates relating to regulatory changes (Brexit & EN changes
• Project Prioritization ensure implementation project plans are well executed
• Develop detailed project plans and communicate effectively on project expectation to relevant personnel in a timely and clear fashion
• Lead regular meetings to track progress, identify problem areas and work collaboratively on appropriate solutions to assist in keeping projects on schedule
• Ensure project are run effectively and meet requirements taking into consideration on technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
• Communicate regularly with various stakeholders within Client regions and geographies, suppliers, contract manufacturers, etc.
