What we are looking for:

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Master Data Management, Procurement or Accounting
• Experience in Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency)
• Project Management experience in leading a process change & improvement projects
• SAP experience
• Very good command of English
• Command of German would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication  and co-operation skills
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Customer orientation and intercultural competence
• Assertiveness & Persuasiveness
• Presentation skills
• Sense of duty and responsibilities for process and managed projects

In your new job you will:

• Define global end-to-end Master Data Management process based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
• Define global end-to-end MDM process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
• Lead and support end-to-end MDM projects within Global Process Owner organization
• Meet stakeholders satisfaction, meet cost, quality, and timeliness requirements
• Define roles and qualifications within the process as well as process training
• Define global end-to-end MDM process performance indicators and drive process improvement
• Communicate process changes
• Support in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
• Assure process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
