What do you need to have?
Min. 5 years of OTC experience focusing mainly in the area of resolving deductions
Previous experience in designing the end-to-end dispute processes
Knowledge of SAP system (any other dispute related tools will be a plus)
Lean or Six Sigma Certification will be an advantage
Very good communications and negotiation skills
Ability of directing the resolution of complex or unusual business problems
Ability to motivate and encourage a productive working environment
Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities
What will you be responsible for?
In this role you will be responsible for the design of an efficient and effective collection process and any tools needed for the process.
Pro-actively working with Sales and Finance teams as well as BPO partners to resolve any deductions related issues
Collaborating with Cash Applications team to ensure timely application of deductions to customers’ account
Clearing of deductions globally, with the aim of having no items older than 90 days that are unexplained/uncleared
Reviewing end-to-end existing deduction processes, structures and systems with a focus on simplifying and standardizing them
Taking full ownership of process design and implementation with a focus on reducing process costs and maximizing investment returns
Establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reviewing existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Reverse SLA (RSLA)
Looking opportunities for improvement and/or expansion against business objectives and implementing innovative technology-driven solutions
Designing processes to be transitioned to DBS
Ensuring collaboration with other Centres in the region and partners
