As a QA Engineer with W2 you will work with our development teams to provide expert quality assurance as well as delivering on our end-to-end test automation and performance testing goals.

Knowledge of software testing best practices with a minimum of 2 years of manual testing
Ability to design and implement end-to-end test plans
Experience of working in an agile environment
Ability to work independently and sign off releases to production for every sprint
Excellent communication skills and understanding of English
Ability to present system demonstrations as required to business personnel at all levels
Knowledge of test management tools, preferably Azure test plans
Use of data querying language (e.g. SQL) and NoSQL databases
ISEB/ISQTB foundation certification in software testing
Experience with testing SOAP/REST Services using SoapUI/Postman
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools and processes (VSTS/Azure Devops preferable)
Some exposure towards automation tools and desire to learn automation using selenium
The identification, production and execution of end-to-end tests
Working as a member of our development team to help them deliver high quality software
Ensuring that our test tooling is kept in line with industry best practices
Attending cross-team meetings, such as the scrum-of-scrums, as a domain expert
Ensuring that our applications are tested in line with end user requirements and best practice
