The ideal candidate for this role must show:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the SalesForce or similar CRM system administration
  • Experience in HubSpot will be an asset
  • IT/Computer Science Related Degree
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
  • Ability to manage time well and prioritize workload
  • Ability to understand technical documents


  • Work with users to assess and define their needs
  • Ensure CRM system issues are resolved within a timely manner
  • Communicate with HubSpot support or Agency/Partner when needed, escalation of tickets, reporting progress until resolved
  • Maintain data integrity within the database by managing data import, system integrations, data auditing and cleanup, workflow management, and custom fields
  • Providing technical support for a team of marketing and sales
  • Configuration of processes, workflow, display and user management
  • System administration tasks and ongoing maintenance of the platform
  • Setting up employee accounts
  • Defining employee access permissions according to job title and management orders
  • Supporting new hires to help them get familiar with the HubSpot CRM structure
