Requirements:

• University degree, finance or  banking preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in SSC/BPO managing role 
• Experience in setting up and managing an international shared services center or finance operations functions within a SSC/BPO environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of the general course of the SSC and team development
• Day to day management of the SSC
• Management of the team on-site reporting via solid line to functional leads abroad and via dotted line the SSC Director
• Empower a continuous improvement culture
• Act as first point of contact for new functions moved to the center and responsible for transitions
• Assess of costs and risks for all initiatives
• Create an innovative approach to the employees performance
• Lead and challenge Senior Management team and representing the organization on the Polish market and within the Group
