For our Client, Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of: SSC HR Manager.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management or similar role: recruitments, skills development, compensation & benefits, legal issues, organisational and management issues
  • Ability to translate business needs into people policy
  • Ability to assess and develop staff potential
  • People and result oriented approach
  • Ability to manage and motivate people
  • Excellent communication and team work skills
  • University degree
  • Very good English


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the timely execution of all HR processes: hiring, on boarding, performance evaluation, training & development, retiring & exit
  • Participating in the staff recruitment process as required
  • Active contribution to the development of HR global policies, processes and procedures and responsibility for their implementation
  • Participating in specific local HR projects (ex: Benefits, Salary review, Bonus, etc.)
  • Developing an Induction Program for new joiners
  • Developing appropriate HR policies to manage recruitment and retention
  • Preparing annual staff budgets
  • HR administration related issues
