For our client, an international company located in Krakow, due to the intensive development, we are looking for candidates interested in development in the area of accounting.


  • Master/Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in RtR/GL area
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Working SAP knowledge
  • High interpersonal and communication skills

  • Balance sheet accounts reconciliation for Intercompany related accounts
  • Preparation and posting journal entries
  • Performing Intercompany reconciliation on different consolidation levels
  • Preparation and posting of IC accruals as results of reconciliation
  • Preparation of entries related to IC loans, IC royalties and other non-trade IC activities
  • Contact IC counterparts to agree solution for any imbalances or mismatches between Trading Partners
  • Support reporting of IC balances in Group Consolidation Tool
  • Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement
  • Responding to queries from Operating Company via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
  • Supporting  General Accounting Manager in identifying, defining and implementing processes improvement opportunities
  • Acting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders
  • Contributing to Intercompany process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory account packs
  • Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
