For our client, an international company located in Krakow, due to the intensive development, we are looking for candidates interested in gaining professional experience and development in the area of accounting.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree (preferably economic disciplines)
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the area of accounting/finance
• Experience in PTP process
• Very good command of English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details
• Proactivity and engagement

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing
• Preparing and performing payments
• Handling queries from vendors, answering calls and e-mails
• Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams
• Preparing more complex reports and analysis
• Making sure that in the area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
• Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvements initiatives
• Training junior staff and supervising some of their activities
