Requirements:

  • Min. 5  years of experience in a similar role
  • Extensive Payroll and HR knowledge (including Polish labour law)
  • Experience in process harmonization and optimization will be an asset
  • Very good English skills (min. B2+)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience in working with Workday will be an asset
  • A strategic thinker and a hands-on leader of a small team
  • Proactive in your approach to improving and providing effective and efficient support of Payroll and HR activities
  • Being able to meet tight deadlines and the ability to understand complex procedures
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written skills, the ability to draft/make amendments to contracts & communicate internally & externally in both Polish and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with key stakeholders at all levels across the business – internally and externally


Responsibilities:

The Payroll & HR Administration Lead will support all Poland operations with regard to the Payroll and HR Administration operations and will be based in one of our offices (Kraków or Wrocław).

  • Ensuring the integrity of the payroll information, calculations and management of data
  • Ensuring their own knowledge of existing policies and statutory legislation is up to date, strengthen their network to source relevant knowledge on global payroll requirements
  • Managing and maintaining all payroll records and making amendments when necessary
  • Validating payroll files for any types of employees (regular or mandatory agreements) as well as contractors (b2b)
  • Managing external payroll relationships, continually monitoring the service provided and resolving any issues that may arise (with current provider or any prospective one)
  • Responding to payroll questions in a timely manner
  • Ensuring any International employment changes are tracked and all parties are updated
  • Creating a first-class welcome to the company for all new starters, including collating and ensuring all new starter documentation has been processed accurately
  • Ensuring employee off boarding is done in a seamless manner
  • Managing company Social Fund cooperating with Work Council
