Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
• Min. 10 years experience in BPO or SSC organization
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting and Procurement processes
• Fluency in English
• Good client facing and presentation skills
• Change management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manages the team of Operational Managers
• Ensures that all deliverables for the project are identified, tracked, followed and executed on ongoing basis
• Follows the engagement’ budget and perform budget analyses
• Promotes Continuous Improvement culture
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Reports on operational performance and suggest improvements
