Team Leader - Controlling and Reporting Ref. No: 7225

For our Client  we are currently looking for Team Leader - Controlling and Reporting.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Finance, Accounting or Business related Bachelor or Master degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and analysing management accounting data
  • Solid experience in team management
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and strong MS Excel skills
  • Customer, service oriented and results driven
  • Excellent time management abilities and are oriented on deadlines
  • Fluent knowledge of English

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting team: recruitment, performance management, appraisals, motivation and training
  • Report  company's financial performance and prepare regular and ad hoc reports, financial statements and analyses
  • Support  financial budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist management and budget holders in understanding and interpreting financial data, support business decision making process and advise on their financial implications, suggest changes improving business performance
  • Maintain controlling related master data
  • Develop, manage and improve financial policies, processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance requirements
