Talent Acquisition Coordinator Ref. No: 7142

Our Client, a big American corporation producing quality consumer products oped a new European Service Centre, which provides service to European affiliates and Business Owners. Currently, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Talent Acquisition Coordinator.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of five years relevant work experience in recruitment area
  • Excellent spoken and written command of the English language. Further European languages are a plus
  • Communicates information clearly in a professional tailoring style and content to the audience
  • Builds trust through sound business ethics, authenticity and commitment
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting and job interviewing methods
  • Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,Word)
  • Very good organizational skills


Responsibilities:

  • Developing, planning, directing, and evaluating the external recruitment and selection and/or internal transfer process to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements
  • Enfoster the building of internal employee referral programs
  • Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for all levels of positions 
  • Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral 
  • Administering tests/assessments and interpreting results, checking references, arranging transportation of selected applicants, extend formal offers of employment and acts as a liaison with employment agencies and outside vendors
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from introduction to hire or disposition
  • Educating and acting as a passionate organizational ambassador ensuring all candidates have a compelling understanding of the organization and the career opportunity
  • Building the sourcing plan and ensuring broad access and awareness to open positions through the internet, networking sites and social media
  • Supporting the building of internal employee referral programs
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with external recruitment providers in collaboration with line manager
  • Organize and/or actively participate career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Motivating, coaching & supervising recruiting personal for peak performance
