Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Master or Diploma in Engineering Chemistry or Materials Science (Polymer Technology)
Several years of professional experience in the field of material development (specifically RPA equipment on EPDM)
Experience in an international company desirable
Flexibility for a wide range of tasks
Solid PC skills (MS Office)
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Independent and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, self-motivation
Material definition and development to produce functional prototypes out of EPDM: Running-in and optimizing the processes in combination with the product design and the injection molding material
Material analysis and characterization of thermoset materials (EPDM, Silicones & Epoxy) for cable accessories
Quality assurance and documentation tests for dimensions, mechanical and electrical parameters
Evaluation, documentation and presentation of the development tasks in a global development team.
Creation of technical documentation and evaluations
Interdisciplinary cooperation in a global development team and with suppliers
Possibility to shape the future of new R&D center
