Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data
• People management experience
• Previous experience in digital transformations and process improvements
• Track record of delivery of significant changes to processes, technology and ways of working
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Master Data platforms
• Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and associated business tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to hit tight deadlines and take initiatives on multiple projects
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Leading Master Data team
• Ensuring MDM processes, business rules, policies, standards and service level agreements
• Managing to outcome to fulfil MDM service obligations using performance metrics
• Setting and executing process excellence strategy
• Taking a leading role to drive process improvement initiatives and digital transformation agenda
• Standardizing and optimizing Master Data processes
• Being responsible for data quality from Master Data perspective
• Identifying market best practices regarding process and technology and identifying opportunities
• Directing to effectively modify MDM processes and procedures to reflect new requirements
• Managing global Master Data projects
• Providing MDM subject matter expert guidance and support to the global business
• Cooperating with business on identifying and eliminating root cause of possible issues
