Junior HR Manager Ref. No: 8048

For our Client we are looking for Junior HR Manager.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR
  • 5+ years of comprehensive, progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience in working with technology and/or professional services
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members in English and Polish languages (French language will be an asset)
  • Good knowledge and practice of using Polish Labor Law
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Collaborative style with an ability to lead, motivate and partner with others on activities in support of both the HR organization and client groups
  • Innovative mindset, looking to continuously improve things, challenge status quo and solve problems
  • The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment
  • Ability to work on an international environment


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Support establishing HR Services in Cracow
  • Drive development of People and Culture strategy
  • Provide day to day support and coaching for managers on People, Culture and Organization topics
  • Support leaders and managers in driving high engagement, job satisfaction and retention across their teams
  • Lead the HR local team by providing them with ongoing feedback and guidelines
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Partner with the talent acquisition specialist in providing a robust new hire onboarding experience and process all necessary onboarding paperwork
  • Partner with P&C team create and roll out key HR processes and talent management initiatives across the business ensuring appropriate support, tools and insight is given to managers (i.e., evaluation, promotion and pay review processes, succession planning, feedback culture)
  • Lead strategic cross  Poland projects and initiatives within HR (i.e. engagement survey, strategy, career paths, etc.)
  • Use people analytics, other HR data, external research, and insight to drive change and support leadership decision making
