For our Client - international company - we are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of: IT Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• At least 4-5 years of recruiting experience for global organizations/corporates (experience in an agency as a plus)
• 2+ years hands-on experience in recruiting IT technology employees (developers, testers, SAP specialists, cyber security experts, etc.)
• Experience in an international working environment
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing channels and screening methods are preferred
• Excellent communication, as well as organizational and time management skills
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment IT processes together with Hiring Managers and Head of IT Service Hub
• Create a positive recruitment and hiring experience for Candidates
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technology and process roles, also by active searching in suitable channels
• Build and maintain the candidates database for potential roles in the IT Center in the future
• Suggest and constantly improve sourcing channels to meet business needs and assist in building the local employer brand for KION Group
• Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring managers
• Take part in diverse projects related to talent acquisition and development area
