IT Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

For our Client - international company - we are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of: IT Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree
At least 4-5 years of recruiting experience for global organizations/corporates (experience in an agency as a plus)
2+ years hands-on experience in recruiting IT technology employees (developers, testers, SAP specialists, cyber security experts, etc.)
Experience in an international working environment
Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing channels and screening methods are preferred
Excellent communication, as well as organizational and time management skills
Fluent English language skills are mandatory
Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment IT processes together with Hiring Managers and Head of IT Service Hub
Create a positive recruitment and hiring experience for Candidates
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technology and process roles, also by active searching in suitable channels
Build and maintain the candidates database for potential roles in the IT Center in the future
Suggest and constantly improve sourcing channels to meet business needs and assist in building the local employer brand for KION Group
Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring managers
Take part in diverse projects related to talent acquisition and development area
