We are waiting for you if:

  • Your German is at min. B2 level
  • Your English is at B2 level
  • You are ready to be a part of our great Customer Support team in Lufthansa
  • You are keen to learn new things
  • You pay attention to details, have proactive, solution-oriented mindset and analytical skills
  • You are able to work in the team as well as independently
  • You already have your first corporate experience, preferably in customer service
  • Experience in HR, especially in recruitment will be an asset


In your new job you will:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Be a competent support regarding HR IT domain
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in English and German
  • Communicate and build a good relationship with team and our customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer requests
  • Fulfill requests with accuracy and attention to details
  • Maintain process database and documentation
  • Cooperate with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
  • Actively participate in the IT community
  • Work with Product Managers responsible for HR IT systems to better understand the technical background
  • Take part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire Group
