HR Business Partner - Senior IT Recruiter Ref. No: 7927

For our Client we are looking for HR Business Partner - Senior IT Recruiter.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting/ talent management. Must have experience recruiting for a variety of roles in engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Fluency in English
  • Independence in managing the assigned tasks and focus on quality
  • Proactive attitude
  • Stong communication, organizational and interpesonal skills
  • Broad experience in areas such as talent management, employee relations, succession planning and talent development
  • Curious and have a huge learning appetite

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Lead the search for roles in technology
  • Be a true relationship partner and manage the end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interview, feedback and offer process
  • Build a pipeline of top active and passive talent through active outreach, researching, sourcing, events, partnerships and networking
  • Own roles and candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle, with minimal direction
  • Handling onbording and offbording processes
  • Support employees regarding HR matters
  • Dig in with the managers and leads to build their leadership muscle and understand their challenges and empower them to solve some tough problems
