For our Client Canadian Travel Technology provider specializing in Low-Cost-Carriers and Virtual Interlining  technology we are looking  for a passionate HR Business Partner to join team and support through a period of hyper growth as we set up new tech hub in Poland. 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a high growth startup environment with experience in technical recruiting/ talent management. Must have experience recruiting for a variety of roles in engineering, product, business development and operations
  • You are self-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, are deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization
  • Comfortable navigating the grey and apply a figure-it-out attitude to solve problems
  • Broad experience in areas such as talent management, employee relations, succession planning and talent development
  • Role model of our culture and take a culture- first view on every process and interaction
  • Curious and have a huge learning appetite


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Embed yourself in the teams you support and get to understand their priorities, challenges and people needs
  • Lead the search for roles in technology(95%), but may also be asked to support other roles in the organization (product management and operations)
  • Be a true relationship partner and manage the end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interview, feedback and offer process
  • Build a pipeline of top active and passive talent through active outreach, researching, sourcing, events, partnerships and networking
  • Own roles and candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle, with minimal direction
  • Build the best candidate and employee experience (onboarding to offboarding), scale our best in class culture
  • Dig in with the managers and leads to build their leadership muscle and understand their challenges and empower them to solve some tough problems
  • Partner with the global HR team to drive and build the best employee experience and lead global HR programs (as required)
